CA (Conjoint Analysis)

1. Description

CA (Conjoint Analysis) breaks down hypothetical scenarios into a set of characteristics and attributes to ease the utility elicitation process, and then mathematically combined them to produce the overall expected utility. We acknowledge that there is an ongoing debate on the relationship between CA and discrete choice experiment (DCE).[1][2][3] We do not attempt to join this debate other than recognise that the two terms have been used interchangeably.
